Hubby and I used to workouts together but since we have already kids and busy of our jobs he will workout by himself and I will also workout alone. I understand our situation and we have the best workouts that I can remember. We went to the park do some stretching, then after that go jogging, and come back just take a walk. At present we use the electronic bike to workout. Sometimes hubby will go jogging for 1 hour and I am also doing my own workout. Hubby even he work out he still taking supplements and i can see the results really impressing. He is very strong guy and looks young even of his age now. He told me that his daddy was very strong he even pick up a car. His daddy was more than 70 years old when he pick up the car. Imagine what a supplement can do to the body with a proper exercise and workouts.
