Home Alone

My husband and I decided it was time for me to go back to work. Things have gotten really tight lately, and luckily, I left my previous employer on really good terms. I was having our first baby and they understood how bad I wanted to stay home. I called them first, before I started updating my resume, and they were interested in having me come back. I think going back to work at my previous employer will make this whole transition a little easier for me. The kids are both in school now, so they will be there in the day while I am at work. I get off right around the time school gets out, but because of the bus schedule, there is about 15 minutes everyday that they are home by themselves. We are okay with this since our oldest is in 5th grade and very responsible. We did decide to up the security around home for the few minutes they are by themselves, for our peace of mind. A quick internet search brought us to home security Hume and we were pleased with what we saw. After getting it installed, showing the kids how to work it and giving them their keys, they were both excited to be latch-key kids. They’re so weird!
